In addition to the protection of your products, the focus of GEBHARDT textile containers is the optimization of your logistics processes.

Our container was developed in cooperation with Dialog Textil-Bekleidung e.V., or DTB for short, and specially designed to meet the needs of customers in the textile and roll goods sector. They are suitable for all common industrial trucks, as well as conveyor and racking techniques.

The empty compactible all-rounders are also stackable in the warehouse and in the truck.

The U-container has been tried and tested for decades and is considered an established standard in the industry.

Optimal product protection

The GEBHARDT textile containers are specially designed for the storage of rolled goods and textiles.

Due to the U-shape of the structure, the load is stored safely and efficiently. Moreover, the smooth walls provide enough bearing surface to store the rolls gently. Prevent pressure marks and other damage.

The inner dimension of the U-containers are specially adapted to the common roll widths, therefore the goods are completely enclosed and no transport or handling damage occurs.

You want conveyable load carriers and use racking technology? No problem, the DTB container has all the necessary features to be moved with roller conveyor and chain conveyor. The special skid construction is designed to run the bins smoothly on the equipment and also serves as a contact surface in the traverse rack. Furthermore, the load carriers are compatible with all common floor conveyors.

As a stable reusable solution and flexible storage device, the GEBHARDT textile container is the right choice. The construction is specially designed for the storage of roll goods and the walls are designed extra robust. A chain tensioner provides additional fixation and stability.

Space-saving and economical transport and storage logistics

Whether for truck transport, the classic storage of goods or the storage of empties, space is usually in short supply and absolutely precious. In order to use the storage space as efficiently as possible, our containers can be stacked several times in the warehouse. In addition, they offer the advantage to be foldable when empty and are therefore highly compactible.

You can even stack our containers in the truck and thus form a second level to make optimum use of the cargo space. This is not only space-saving, but also economical in many aspects.

How high can I stack a DTB container?

Our containers can be stacked up to 4-high in the warehouse (1+3) and 2-high in the truck (1+1).

What is the load capacity of a textile container or for what payload is it approved?

The load carriers can be loaded with up to 800 kg per piece and level.
In the truck, depending on the loading direction, 480 to 800 kg.

Which surfaces are possible with GEBHARDT U containers?

The standard color of the container is RAL 6002 leaf green.
On request, a different color scheme can be agreed if necessary.

Can I use the landing carriers on a conveyor or in a rack?

In principle, the containers are designed so that they are both eligible and suitable for storage in the traverse rack. However, you are welcome to coordinate details with our team.

Which industrial trucks can be used to manipulate the containers?

The load carriers can be retracted on 4 sides and are suitable for forklifts, ants and lift trucks. If you have special industrial trucks in use, we will be happy to clarify the details with you regarding compatibility.

Can the DTB containers be customized to my requirements?

The DTB containers is generally a fixed and established product. However, if you require a special size or other deviations for your process, you are welcome to coordinate this with us.
